Chase Area:  Eastern New Mexico
We targeted upslope in eastern New Mexico near Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Supercell - Vaughn, New Mexico
Several of us observed a slow moving long-lived supercell moving southward from Las Vegas, NM, to south of I-40 near Vaughn, NM.  At times the rotation appeared favorable for something tornadic, but it continued to cycle and get undercut.  Near I-40 we measured winds sustained at 30kts from the east into a rotating wallcloud north of I-40 moving south.  It quickly got undercut and the hail core overtook the highway.
