Area Chased:  WY

Discussion:   Scott Currens and I targeted SE Wyoming.  On our way to the developing storm near Douglas, we passed through some government land that had many black vehicles spread out all over the road ways.  Some were unmarked, some were labeled as Air Force.  We passed another plot of land that had semi trailers mounted vertically on the ground.  Either way, some crazy government stuff was going on and for some reason they use black vehicles to make it look suspicious.  We caught up to our storm and once we got on it, it was moving so slowly that we didn't need to drive much.  There were times when we though it might produce a tornado, however, it was lacking some kind of low level focus.  Perhaps if a boundary was near by then it could have organized more.  Other then that, some great structure and probably big hail.
